Accounting services

We keep accounting records using the software provided by CDN Comarch (ERP Optima), while HR and payroll records are maintained using the Kadry i Płace program, also provided by CDN Comarch. For electronic transfer of documents to the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), we use the Płatnik program. In addition to hardcopy, we deliver most documents to our clients also in electronic form to expedite the exchange of information.

Kancelaria Podatkowa MKM offers the following accounting services:

• keeping of accounting records in line with the Polish Accounting Act
• keeping of tax revenue and expense ledgers
• keeping of records (registers) for VAT accounting purposes
• preparation of tax returns and their transfer to revenue offices (CIT, PIT, VAT)
• preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, etc.)
• preparation of reports on intra-community sales
• preparation of statistical reports
• day-to-day advisory support in Clients’ business
• representing Clients in contacts with revenue offices and the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
• bringing tax and accounting records up to date
